AGCO China Appoints New Distributor for Massey Ferguson in Mongolia
爱科中国在蒙古国任命新经销商

AGCO China is pleased to announce that they have entered into a strategic agreement with New Gobi Star LLC that to appoint them the authorized distributor for Massey Ferguson in Mongolia. With the unique geographical advantage, it is expected that the new partnership will provide parts and service for existing AGCO customers and better leverage the Massey Ferguson product portfolio currently sold in China. Both AGCO and New Gobi Star will work together to deliver the superior technology and increase market share in the territory.

爱科中国非常高兴地宣布任命New Gobi Star LLC公司为麦赛福格森在蒙古国区域的正式经销商，并与其达成战略合作协议。基于其独特的地理优势，此次合作将为爱科现有的用户提供零部件和服务，同时充分利用麦赛福格森目前中国在售的产品组合。爱科与New Gobi Star公司将携手合作为该地区带去卓越的技术，增加市场份额。

New Gobi Star LLC is a local equipment and parts supplier company founded in 2014 with a mission to serve the mining and construction projects in the GOBI region. With vast experience in the local market, New Gobi Star is well equipped to maintain the brand reputation. John Karlsen, who works as a consultant to New Gobi Star was the pioneer who first brought AGCO to Mongolia 13 years ago. He has over 22 years of experience in Mongolia and 41 years of experience in agricultural machinery sales and service.

Effective from August, 2020, this new franchise agreement is part of AGCO China’s strategic emphasis to improve the customer experience with Massey Ferguson and drive forward the strength and quality of its distribution network. Leading to further increases in customer satisfaction and market share, the goal is to achieve profitable growth comprehensively.

本次合作这将成为爱科携手麦赛福格森着重改善用户体验和强化渠道网络战略的重要组成部分。爱科将致力于持续改善用户满意度和市场份额的进一步增加，最终实现盈利增长。授权协议于2020年8月正式生效。
